目的 通过对眼科小型压力蒸汽灭菌器问题的探讨, 进行整改, 提高灭菌质量。方法 通过循证发现消毒供应中心眼科小型压力蒸汽灭菌器使用频率较高, 灭菌物品都需加急, 仪器的耗损及在使用过程中经常出现故障, 所以要求操作人员熟练掌握其故障原因, 排除质量安全隐患, 对小型压力蒸汽灭菌器进行质量安全监控, 发现问题并及时制定整改计划。结果 根据持续监控后, 显示出小型压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌存在的问题。结论 对小型压力蒸汽灭菌器持续性深入监测, 保证灭菌质量。

Objective To rectify and improve the quality of sterilization through the discussion of the problem of small pressure steam sterilizer in ophthalmology. Methods Evidence-based evidence showed that the use of small pressure steam sterilizer in disinfection supply center was relatively high, and the sterilized articles need to be expedited. The wear and tear of the instrument and the frequent failures during use require the operator to master the cause of the malfunction. Exclude quality and safety hazards, conduct quality and safety monitoring on small pressure steam sterilizers, identify problems and formulate rectification plans in a timely manner. Results Based on continuous monitoring, the problems associated with sterilization of small pressure steam sterilizers were shown. Conclusion Continuous monitoring of small pressure steam sterilizers to ensure the quality of sterilization.
